Faster Construction Solutions Ltd is a general Building and Construction Contractor.

The Company undertakes a wide variety of contracts for both private clients such as Home owners, Property Developers, Retailers, Banks, Sports Clubs and public sector clients such as Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and other Government bodies. We carry out building and construction works in most market sectors. We have extensive residential and commercial building experience, design and build, fit out and refurbishment.

We also have a strong presence in the insurance sector specialising in domestic perils. We are experienced and proven building contractors who provide a safe, high-quality, cost-effective service to our clients. We pride ourselves on delivering successful projects which meet or exceed our Clients’ aspirations in terms of cost, time and quality. Our core operational area is central and southern England.

Faster Construction Solutions undertake a wide variety of contracts in the commercial sector. Office fit outs, pub/restaurant refurbishments, shop fitting. Sports and leisure centre refurbishments. Commercial new build, cladding, roofing and car parks. We supply Gas Safe engineers, NICEIC electricians and HVAC engineers for building maintenance throughout the southeast.

Faster Construction Solutions are very experienced home builders. Working to an exceptionally high standard of finish we undertake projects of any size, from refurbishments to multi-unit new builds. We cover all trades form the ground up including Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, loft conversions, basement conversions and structural work, all building trades are covered. We also offer a complete design and build service including planning. We can manage your project from start to finish.

Insurance



We offer a comprehensive range of repair solutions for all insurance related building defects. We specialise in traditional underpinning, mini-piling together with structural repairs including resin bonding, brick stitching and helical bar solution. Our team of qualified tradesmen have a wealth of experience in carrying out insurance related property reinstatement resulting from fire, flood, escape of water or impact. Other services that we offer include asbestos surveys, thermal imaging survey for leak damp and heat loss detection and endoscopic surveys for hidden defects.
